Client Web Host Management Tools Mail Administration Use mail administration to set up email accounts, forwarders, auto responders and mailing lists. Log in with your domain name, under the postmaster account for full administration, or users can log in with their own user ID's and passwords to change their own passwords, or redirect their email. Mail Login Check your email from anywhere on the web. You can read and compose email through your web browser. This mail reader also supports reading rich text email and file attachments. The old web mail is still available here. If you are having trouble with our web mail, there is a generic web mail front end which I have had luck with. Be sure to select IMAP, and use mail.zymsys.com as the mail server. Change Password Update your ftp password here. You can update your FrontPage password from within FrontPage by choosing Tools, Security, Change Password from the menu. FrontPage extensions are only installed on request, and there is no extra charge for them. If you have lost your password, email support@zymsys.com and we will send you a new password. Accounting Information Using your ftp user ID and password you can get a list of all the invoices on record for your account, their paid/unpaid status, and a list of upcoming billings with dates. You can also pay unpaid invoices online. Web Logs Check your logs for hit statistics or for recent errors. You can also download your raw log files, which are archived every day, and then removed after one week. Disk Usage Info Using your ftp user ID and password you can get a summary of how much disk space you are using, and how much you have left. You can see which folders in your web site are using how much space, and drill down to find disk usage info for the contents of folders. Database Administration Administer your MySQL database online. Use your database user ID and password. MySQL databases are created on request at no extra charge for those who want them.
