I made a really BIG mistake today. I accidentally deleted several tables on a very important bulletin board hosted with Zymurgy Systems. I quickly e-mailed Zymurgy the second I realized I was editing the wrong database. Not more than 5 minutes later the BBS was restored to a database back-up made by Zymurgy the night before. You guys are freaking amazing! Keep up the good work!

As an Information Systems professional, I am well aware of the work that goes on behind the scenes to ensure a reliable, safe web hosting service. We have used Zymurgy for quite a while now to host our band's web site. The statistics that are available help us make decisions about what pages to update, and how often folks are visiting us. But most importantly, the site is ALWAYS up and running and available for our visitors. I like the flexibility of being able to manage our site using FTP and/or Frontpage. They do important 'little things' like keep counters updated for us as well. The server has great response time during administration, and can be relied upon to respond quickly for those on slow and/or high speed links!

In all the time we've been using Zymurgy's hosting services, I have only had one problem -- and the response was IMMEDIATE and informative. Thanks for doing a great job guys!
